ORDERS

Orders may be placed at www.samandargoldsmith.com at any time. We will confirm all orders with an expected delivery date and will inform you when your order has been dispatched. If an item is in stock and available for shipping it will be sent immediately. Please note:

-We make most of the pieces on a make to order basis and the piece will usually take up to 3-5 weeks to deliver. If an item is made sooner than expected, it will be dispatched immediately and we will notify you.

-If we have a high amount of orders, the shipping time frame may exceed. We will notify you if the production time is longer than usual.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

​

We delivery free of charge to the UK and EU. Delivery charges for all other international orders will be calculated at the checkout. All products will be send as special tracked and signed delivery and goods will be delivered to the address you provided in your order as the shipping address. For international orders you are responsible for all tax and duties as may be imposed on the product such as import duties and custom taxes. We advice you to contact your local authority before placing an order.

All custom made and bespoke pieces are final and non-refundable.
